We ship to Canada and Puerto Rico! Shipping is an additional $10 for all Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii orders.

*All prices on our site are listed in USD. 

If you are in another country, you can email us your name and location and we'll add you to our list of international requests.

Orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.:

Orders totaling $300 and over SHIP FREE via UPS Ground

Orders totaling $50 - $299.99 ship for $9.95 via UPS Ground

Orders totaling $0 - $49.99 ship for $12.95 via UPS Ground

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:

Orders totaling $300 and over ship for $10 via UPS Ground

Orders totaling $50 - $299.99 ship for $19.95 via UPS Ground

Orders totaling $0 - $49.99 ship for $22.95 via UPS Ground

All other orders will be calculated by weight at checkout. Simply choose your method of delivery and we will quote you shipping.

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us and a customer care specialist will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced. 

Orders are packed and shipped same day or next business day and sent no later than the business day after the order is placed. Tracking details will be sent once the order is shipped.

US Boxes: You can expect your order to arrive in 2-5 business days after it is ready for shipment.

Canada Boxes*: You can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days after it is ready for shipment.

*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.

If you feel that your order has not shipped within the expected time frame, please contact customer care so that we may help investigate the delay.

Orders received by 3:30 PM MST Monday-Friday are routinely shipped the same day.

Montana Dental Supply prides itself on hassle-free returns with it's easy and liberal return policy.

If you are not fully satisfied with a product, just contact us within 30 days of shipment. Montana Dental Supply will issue a full credit or refund on all unused products. For customers located in the continental USA, Montana Dental Supply will send a pre-paid shipping label to return the item(s) at our expense. Just box up the product with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to the shipping carrier at your convenience. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item(s).

Possibly. Please contact us with the name of the manufacturer, product name and manufacturer item number if you have it. If we are able to place a special order for the product(s) there will be a 2-3 week lead time. All special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The products on this website are intended for professional use only and will only be sold to approved accounts. Some of our products can only be shipped to licensed US dentists.
